Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the retail industry and extensive experience managing restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize restaurant performance
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations in Dubai
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
- Develop and implement training programs for restaurant staff
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Drive revenue growth through effective cost management and sales strategies
- Provide leadership and direction to restaurant managers and staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and product offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management
- Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple restaurant locations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning
- Ability to travel to different restaurant locations in Dubai
