We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Operations Program Manager to oversee the operational aspects of multiple restaurants within our transportation and logistics company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, supply chain operations, and logistics.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants within our transportation and logistics company
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of supplies to each restaurant
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure menu consistency and quality standards are maintained
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience
- Train and mentor restaurant managers and staff to uphold company standards
- Analyze financial performance and develop budgets for each restaurant
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and drive sales

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations or supply chain management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
