We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in the energy industry and possess extensive experience in restaurant operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity of restaurant operations
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants in Dubai
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives and programs
- Manage budget and expenses for restaurant operations
- Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across all restaurants
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of energy industry trends and regulations
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
