Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations, project management, and strategic planning within the consumer goods sector. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize processes across multiple restaurant locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures. Optimize workflow and processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.

- Program Development: Design, implement, and manage operational programs that align with business objectives, including staff training, inventory management, and customer service initiatives.

- Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of restaurant operations and promotional activities.

- Training and Development: Lead training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, ensuring teams are equipped to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational standards.

- Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices while maintaining high-quality service.

- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and consumer preferences. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the restaurant operations.

- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence.

- Customer Experience Enhancement: Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer feedback and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations or program management, preferably within the consumer goods sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations or large teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Dubai market and cultural sensitivities is highly desirable.
