We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong understanding of restaurant operations, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and managing inventory
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by interacting with guests, addressing any concerns or complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management on menu development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
- Handle cash transactions and manage financial reporting

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience working in a retail restaurant setting
