We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Agent to join our team in Sharjah. The Revenue Agent will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and collection of revenue for the healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing patient records to ensure accurate and complete documentation for billing purposes
- Generating and submitting claims to insurance companies and government programs
- Following up on outstanding accounts receivable and resolving any billing discrepancies
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure all revenue cycle processes are efficient and effective
- Providing support and training to staff on revenue cycle best practices
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in revenue cycle management in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical billing and coding procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software
