We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Revenue Agent to join our team in Sharjah. The Revenue Agent will be responsible for managing all aspects of revenue generation and collection within the transportation and logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze revenue streams to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize losses
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate billing and invoicing
- Conduct audits and investigations to ensure compliance with revenue regulations and policies
- Prepare detailed reports and analysis on revenue performance
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile revenue accounts
- Provide support and guidance to revenue team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue management or related field within the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and revenue management software
- Knowledge of revenue regulations and compliance standards
