Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our dynamic financial services team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, financial analysis, and related software systems. As a Revenue Cycle Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue cycle performance, ensuring timely billing and collections, and improving overall financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor the entire revenue cycle process, from patient intake to final payment, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of billing and collections processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with finance, billing, and clinical teams to streamline processes and enhance communication across departments.
- Develop and maintain financial reports that provide insights into revenue cycle performance metrics, including days in accounts receivable, collection rates, and denial rates.
- Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for revenue enhancement.
- Assist in the resolution of billing discrepancies and claims denials, working closely with payers and internal teams to facilitate timely payments.
- Provide training and support to staff on revenue cycle best practices and system usage.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes impacting revenue cycle management and financial services.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness, including system implementations and process redesigns.
- Prepare comprehensive presentations of findings and recommendations for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, financial analysis, or a related role within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of billing, coding, and reimbursement processes, as well as financial regulations relevant to the industry.
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools, such as Excel, SQL, or similar data management platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and revenue cycle management software is a plus.
