Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team in the agriculture sector in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our revenue cycle processes to enhance financial performance and improve operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of billing, collections, and financial reporting, with a focus on maximizing revenue and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze revenue cycle processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely collections and minimize bad debt.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and sales to streamline billing processes and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics related to revenue cycle operations.
- Conduct regular audits of billing and collections processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
- Develop and maintain documentation of revenue cycle procedures and best practices.
- Provide training and support to staff on revenue cycle processes and systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in revenue cycle management, particularly within the agriculture sector.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in revenue cycle management, billing, collections, or financial analysis, preferably in the agriculture sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the agriculture industry is a plus.
