### Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team in Ajman, specializing in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the revenue cycle processes to ensure financial efficiency and compliance. This role requires a keen understanding of financial management, billing processes, and data analysis within the construction sector.

### Key Responsibilities

- Data Analysis: Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize data analytics tools to support decision-making.
- Billing and Collections: Oversee the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing clients. Monitor accounts receivable to track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to streamline revenue cycle processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and reduce cycle times.
- Financial Reporting: Generate and present financial reports related to the revenue cycle. Provide insights to management regarding revenue performance and forecasting.
- Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Prepare for and support audits related to revenue cycle activities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with project managers, finance teams, and external clients to resolve billing discrepancies and address revenue-related inquiries.
- System Management: Maintain and optimize revenue cycle management software and tools. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within systems.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members regarding revenue cycle processes and best practices.

### Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, billing practices, and financial regulations.
- Proficient in data analysis and financial reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with construction project management and accounting software is a plus.
