Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector based in Ajman. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing the revenue cycle process, ensuring accurate billing, collections, and revenue management, while contributing to the overall financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Cycle Management:
- Analyze and optimize the entire revenue cycle process, from property sales and leasing to invoicing and collections.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle efficiency, including days sales outstanding (DSO) and collection rates.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to provide insights into revenue trends, cash flow forecasts, and potential issues.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting findings and recommending actionable strategies to enhance revenue performance.

3. Billing and Collections:
- Oversee the billing process for property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the collections process, following up on overdue accounts and coordinating with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.

4. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with sales, leasing, and finance teams to streamline processes and improve communication regarding revenue-related matters.
- Liaise with external partners, such as banks and financial institutions, to facilitate timely payments and resolve any financial disputes.

5. Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations related to revenue cycle management in the real estate industry.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to contribute to the continuous improvement of revenue cycle processes.

6. System Management:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of revenue cycle management software and tools, ensuring they meet the organization's needs.
- Train team members on the use of systems and best practices for effective revenue cycle management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in revenue cycle analysis, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
