Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team in Ajman, specializing in the Aerospace and Defense sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the revenue cycle processes to ensure the financial health of our organization. This position requires a strong understanding of revenue cycle management principles, as well as the unique challenges and requirements of the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee the entire revenue cycle process, including patient registration, billing, collections, and accounts receivable management, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement within the revenue cycle. Utilize advanced analytical tools to generate actionable insights that drive process enhancements.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on revenue cycle performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior management. Highlight areas of concern and recommend solutions to optimize revenue generation.

- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing processes, reduce claim denials, and enhance overall efficiency. Implement best practices in revenue cycle management to maximize profitability.

- Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements specific to the Aerospace and Defense sector. Ensure that all billing practices align with government contracts, policies, and industry standards.

- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding revenue cycle inquiries. Facilitate effective communication between finance, operations, and clinical teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

- Training and Development: Assist in training staff on revenue cycle processes and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to regulatory standards within the organization.

- System Management: Work with IT teams to optimize the use of revenue cycle management software and tools. Participate in system upgrades and ensure data integrity within financial systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in revenue cycle management or financial analysis, preferably within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proficient in revenue cycle management software and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of government contracts and compliance requirements within the Aerospace and Defense sector is a plus.
