We are currently seeking a Revenue Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue management within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize profits
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to make informed pricing decisions
- Monitor and track revenue performance against targets
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth
- Conduct regular revenue forecasts and budget analysis
- Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and cost reduction
- Prepare and present revenue reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management within the construction industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and revenue management software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successful revenue management strategies
