We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability through strategic planning and implementation of pricing strategies and revenue management techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and competition to develop pricing strategies that maximize revenue
- Monitor and adjust pricing and inventory levels to optimize revenue and occupancy
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement
- Conduct regular revenue forecasts and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure revenue goals are met
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on revenue performance and strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- [X] years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the Real Estate industry
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in revenue management software and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate market trends and regulations
