We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures in accordance with industry regulations and best practices
- Identify and assess potential risks within the organization and develop strategies to mitigate and manage these risks
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation plans and monitor their implementation
- Analyze data and trends to identify emerging risks and opportunities for improvement
- Communicate risk management strategies and updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Train and educate employees on risk management best practices and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Relevant certifications in risk management or related field are a plus
