We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in risk management within the manufacturing industry and will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure the successful operation of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and strategies to minimize potential risks
- Conduct risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management processes
- Identify and analyze potential risks related to manufacturing operations, supply chain, regulatory compliance, and other areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation plans and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Monitor and report on key risk indicators to senior management and stakeholders
- Lead the development and implementation of risk management training programs for employees
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in risk management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in risk management within the manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or similar certification is a plus
