We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As the Risk Management Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within our retail operations to ensure the continued success and security of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and processes for the retail business in Sharjah.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization.
- Monitor and analyze risks associated with various aspects of the retail business, including operations, finance, and compliance.
- Work closely with senior management to develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
- Train and educate staff on risk management practices and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulations related to risk management.
- Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
