We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Risk Management Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and strategies to minimize potential risks within the organization
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks in operations, transportation, and logistics processes
- Develop risk mitigation plans and strategies to address identified risks
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Provide training and support to employees on risk management practices and procedures
- Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management and key stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in risk management, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools
