### Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Risk Management Manager to join our team in Sharjah, focusing on the Information Technology sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could potentially impact the organization’s operations and projects. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of risk management principles within the IT landscape.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats to information technology systems and processes. Analyze the impact of identified risks and prioritize them accordingly.

- Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies and action plans to minimize the impact of identified risks on the organization’s objectives.

- Policy Development: Create, review, and update risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

- Monitoring and Reporting: Establish risk monitoring systems to track the effectiveness of risk management strategies. Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management, highlighting key risks and recommended actions.

- Training and Awareness: Lead training sessions and workshops to promote risk awareness among employees. Ensure that all staff understand their roles in managing and mitigating risks.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, compliance, legal, and operational teams to ensure an integrated approach to risk management. Work closely with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

- Incident Management: Oversee the incident response process, ensuring that all incidents are documented, investigated, and resolved in a timely manner. Analyze incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in risk management methodologies. Recommend improvements to current risk management practices.

### Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 8 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the Information Technology sector.

- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or equivalent are highly desirable.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and risk assessment tools. Proficiency in risk management software and data analysis tools.

- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.

- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships across departments.
