We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Operations Program Manager to join our Retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and operational processes, with proven experience in leading and managing risk programs within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and programs to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks within the organization.
- Lead a team of risk operations specialists to ensure the effective implementation of risk management processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze key risk indicators to proactively identify and address potential risks to the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation plans and strategies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on risk management activities and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in risk management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices within the retail industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
