We are seeking a talented and experienced Risk Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Pharmaceuticals industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing risk operations programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and assess risks across all aspects of the organization, including but not limited to financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Coordinate with various departments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes.
- Analyze data and trends to identify potential areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on risk management best practices.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on risk assessment findings and recommendations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
