Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The Roofing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all roofing projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of roofing techniques and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all roofing projects in Dubai
- Ensure all work is completed according to specifications and quality standards
- Manage a team of roofing technicians and provide guidance and support as needed
- Inspect work sites to ensure safety regulations are being followed
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Order materials and equipment needed for roofing projects
- Train new roofing technicians as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all project details, including budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of roofing techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
