Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Technician to join our Real Estate team in Al Ain. The Roofing Technician will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining roofs on our various properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs for damage and leaks
- Repair or replace damaged shingles, tiles, or other roofing materials
- Install new roofing systems as needed
- Maintain and clean gutters and downspouts
- Identify and address any structural issues related to the roof
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
