We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The Safety Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all safety operations within our agricultural facility to ensure compliance with local regulations and the highest standards of safety for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards
- Provide safety training and education to employees on proper safety protocols and procedures
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences
- Maintain and update safety records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety improvement initiatives
- Monitor and assess safety performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and regulations related to safety operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
