We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Operations Manager to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. The Safety Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety operations within our organization, ensuring compliance with local regulations and creating a safe working environment for all employees and tenants.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections of properties and identify potential hazards
- Coordinate safety training programs for employees and tenants
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- Maintain safety records and reports for management review
- Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to address safety concerns
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety operations, preferably in the Real Estate industry
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional certification in safety management is a plus
