We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in the education industry and a strong background in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive enrollment and revenue growth
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and events to promote our educational programs
- Manage social media accounts and online presence to engage with prospective students and parents
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrollment process for new students
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
- Maintain relationships with partner schools, agencies, and other stakeholders in the education sector
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- [X] years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
