We are currently seeking a Sales Representative Assistant to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Consumer Goods. The ideal candidate will provide support to the Sales Representative in various aspects of the sales process, including but not limited to customer relationship management, order processing, and market research.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Representative in developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Handle incoming inquiries from customers and provide timely and accurate information
- Process sales orders and follow up on order status
- Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Attend sales meetings and provide input on sales strategy and goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or customer service role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
