We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Counselor Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The School Counselor Assistant will work closely with the school counselor to provide support and guidance to students in a pharmaceutical school setting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the school counselor in providing individual and group counseling sessions to students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' emotional, social, and academic needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement intervention plans
- Support students in developing coping skills and healthy behaviors
- Assist in crisis intervention and conflict resolution when needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current on best practices in school counseling

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and theories
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus

This is a full-time position based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of experience in school counseling or a related field.
