We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Counselor Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a School Counselor Assistant in the Consumer Goods industry, you will work closely with the School Counselor to provide support and guidance to students in various aspects of their personal, social, and academic development.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the School Counselor in conducting individual and group counseling sessions with students
- Provide support to students experiencing personal or emotional difficulties
- Help students develop coping skills and strategies for managing stress and anxiety
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive school environment
- Assist with the development and implementation of programs and workshops on topics such as bullying prevention, mental health awareness, and career planning
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
- Stay current on trends and best practices in school counseling

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of mental health issues and counseling techniques
