We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Counselor Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The School Counselor Assistant will provide support to the school counselor in addressing the academic, social, and emotional needs of students in a telecommunications-focused school setting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the school counselor in conducting individual and group counseling sessions with students
- Support students in developing effective study habits and time management skills
- Help students navigate personal and social challenges, such as peer relationships and family issues
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to create comprehensive support plans for students
- Assist in organizing and facilitating workshops and events focused on mental health and well-being
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and progress notes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working in a school setting or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and strategies for supporting students
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse student population
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
