Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Scriptwriter to join our dynamic team in the Aerospace and Defense sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in scriptwriting, a passion for storytelling, and an understanding of the technical aspects of aerospace and defense. Your role will involve crafting engaging scripts for a variety of media, including promotional videos, training materials, presentations, and digital content aimed at both internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and write compelling scripts for a range of formats, including video, presentations, and interactive content, ensuring alignment with project objectives and audience engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and marketing teams to gather insights and information necessary for script development.
- Conduct thorough research on aerospace and defense topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in all written content.
- Create scripts that effectively communicate complex technical information in a clear, concise, and relatable manner.
- Edit and revise scripts based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring that the final product meets high-quality standards and is delivered on time.
- Work closely with the production team to understand the visual and auditory aspects of the content, ensuring that scripts are tailored for optimal performance in production.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all script formats while adhering to industry regulations and standards.
- Stay updated on trends in the aerospace and defense sector, as well as advancements in scriptwriting and multimedia production techniques.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Film, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in scriptwriting, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry or a closely related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of scriptwriting abilities across different media formats.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of grammar and style.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging and easily understandable narratives.
- Proficient in using scriptwriting software and tools, as well as familiarity with multimedia production processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
