We are looking for a skilled Security Officer Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Security Officer Assistant in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Security Officer in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Security Officer in developing and implementing security policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms, to detect and prevent security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address any security risks or vulnerabilities.
- Assist in investigating security incidents, preparing incident reports, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Coordinate with external security vendors and agencies to enhance security measures and respond to emergencies effectively.
- Assist in conducting security training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a security-related role, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Knowledge of security best practices, procedures, and technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a security-related role.
