We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Officer Assistant in our Financial Services company based in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with the Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our employees, clients, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Security Officer in monitoring and maintaining security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address any security risks or breaches.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures.
- Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees.
- Assist with investigations of security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Collaborate with external security vendors and law enforcement agencies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, reports, and training programs.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a security-related role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of security systems and procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Valid security license or certification is a plus.
