We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Program Manager to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The Security Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security operations within our Real Estate properties, ensuring the safety and security of all tenants, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of assets and personnel.
- Coordinate with security vendors and contractors to ensure effective security measures are in place.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage the security operations budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to address security incidents and emergencies.
- Provide security training and awareness programs for staff members to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Monitor and analyze security data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related issues and incidents within the Real Estate properties.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations management.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and industry standards.
- Experience working in Real Estate or property management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in security systems and technologies.
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification is a plus.
