We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Systems Technician to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems to ensure the safety and security of our properties.

Responsibilities:
- Install, program, and troubleshoot security systems including CCTV cameras, access control systems, alarm systems, and intercom systems
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of security systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Respond promptly to security system alerts and alarms to address any issues or security breaches
- Collaborate with property managers and security personnel to ensure all security systems are integrated and working efficiently
- Keep detailed records of all security system installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security system technologies and advancements to recommend upgrades or improvements as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in installing and maintaining security systems
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of security system components and wiring
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional certification in security systems installation or related field is a plus
