We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and a proven track record of successfully managing key client accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell products and services to current clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the Information Technology industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
