Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Officer to join our dynamic team in Al Ain, focusing on the agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, cultivating relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of agricultural services and products. This role requires a deep understanding of agricultural practices, financial management, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of client accounts within the agricultural sector, ensuring that all client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their agricultural operations.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for client accounts, ensuring proper allocation of resources and adherence to financial policies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the agriculture industry, providing insights to clients for strategic planning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining high levels of integrity and ethical practices.
- Training and Development: Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge in account management and agricultural practices.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a related role within the agriculture sector.
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices, market dynamics, and financial principles.
- Proven track record of successful client relationship management and account growth.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and account management software.
