We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Healthcare organization based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
- Monitor and review financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Conduct financial audits and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or ACCA certification preferred

- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
