We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Agile Coach to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. As a Senior Agile Coach, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching our teams to implement Agile methodologies and practices in order to improve efficiency and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach Agile teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Mentor and train team members, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile principles and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve impediments to Agile adoption
- Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Champion a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies and practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification preferred
- [Random number] years of experience as an Agile Coach in a fast-paced IT environment
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies and practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello
