We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agile Coach to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Senior Agile Coach in the Transportation and Logistics industry, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching our teams in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach multiple Agile teams in the Transportation and Logistics sector to help them understand and implement Agile practices and principles.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide guidance and support to teams in refining their Agile processes and practices to ensure continuous improvement and delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Mentor and train team members on Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching Agile teams in the Transportation and Logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies in complex environments.
