We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analytical Chemist to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry with a focus on healthcare applications.

Responsibilities:
- Lead analytical chemistry projects within the healthcare sector, including method development, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Perform complex analytical testing of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other healthcare products.
- Utilize a variety of analytical techniques, such as HPLC, GC-MS, and FTIR, to analyze samples and interpret results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and regulatory submissions.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on analytical techniques and best practices.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in analytical chemistry to drive innovation within the organization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytical chemistry, with at least 3 years in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation commonly used in healthcare applications.
- Experience with method development, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects from start to finish.
