About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analytical Chemist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in analytical chemistry and a passion for innovation within the Information Technology sector. This role will involve the development and application of analytical techniques to support various projects, ensuring high-quality results that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, validate, and implement analytical methodologies for the characterization and quality control of chemical substances and materials used in IT applications.
- Conduct complex analyses using techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, NMR, and spectrophotometry to support product development and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, quality assurance, and engineering, to ensure analytical support for product innovation and regulatory compliance.
- Interpret analytical data and prepare comprehensive reports, summarizing findings and presenting results to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve analytical issues, optimizing existing methods and proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain and operate laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration, maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior chemists and laboratory technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements in analytical techniques, and regulatory requirements to ensure best practices in the laboratory.

Qualifications:

- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in analytical chemistry, preferably within the Information Technology or related industries.
- Proficiency in a range of analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, FTIR, NMR).
- Strong understanding of chemical safety and laboratory best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
