We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior Application Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of retail applications to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design, develop, and implement retail applications to meet business needs
- Customize and configure applications to optimize performance and user experience
- Conduct regular testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or bugs
- Provide technical support and training to end users to ensure seamless adoption of new applications
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and best practices in retail application development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [5-8] years of experience in application development and support, preferably in the retail industry
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
- Strong understanding of databases and data management
