We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Applications Analyst to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining complex applications used in the Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design and develop customized applications to meet the needs of the organization
- Implement and maintain software applications, ensuring they are operating efficiently and effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications
- Provide training and support to end users on how to effectively utilize the applications
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements and enhancements to current applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in application development and support
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
- Experience working in the Real Estate industry is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of database management systems and cloud computing technologies
