We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the architectural design and planning of our educational facilities, ensuring that they are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet the needs of our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and planning of educational facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and administrative buildings
- Develop architectural concepts and designs that align with the educational institution's vision and mission
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including faculty and administrators, to gather requirements and feedback
- Prepare and present design proposals to key decision-makers for approval
- Oversee the construction and implementation of architectural projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is progressing according to the approved plans
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and engineers on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Professional licensure as an Architect
- At least 8 years of experience in architectural design and planning, with a focus on educational facilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai
