Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Architect Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Financial Services sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architectural design principles, engineering processes, and project management, with a focus on delivering innovative and scalable solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the architectural design and engineering efforts for various financial service projects, ensuring that all solutions are aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software developers, and business analysts, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain architectural frameworks, standards, and guidelines that ensure quality and consistency across all projects.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient architectural solutions that can support current and future business needs.
- Oversee the technical aspects of project delivery, including system integration, testing, and deployment, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and architects, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural engineering and financial services to inform project strategies.
- Prepare and present architectural proposals, technical documentation, and project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, including data protection and security requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural engineering, with a focus on financial services or similar sectors.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex architectural solutions, preferably in a high-transaction environment.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proficiency in architectural software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD) as well as familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is preferred.
- Professional certifications related to architectural engineering or project management (e.g., PMP, LEED) are an advantage.
