Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automotive Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive engineering, with a focus on design, development, and manufacturing processes. This role is critical to ensuring the highest quality standards in our automotive products, as well as driving innovation and efficiency within our engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of automotive components and systems, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of engineering processes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyses to evaluate new technologies and materials for automotive applications.
- Oversee the testing and validation of prototypes and production vehicles, analyzing results and implementing necessary improvements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that engineering projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical support and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Prepare and present technical reports, specifications, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automotive engineering and manufacturing practices to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years and up to 8 years of experience in automotive engineering, particularly in manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of automotive design principles, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and other engineering tools.
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) software is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and certifications relevant to the automotive industry in the UAE and internationally.
