We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Benefits Consultant to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior Benefits Consultant in the manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee benefits programs to attract and retain top talent within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive benefits packages that align with the company's overall strategic goals and objectives
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness in the market
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to senior management on benefits-related matters
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective benefits solutions
- Lead the annual benefits renewal process and oversee open enrollment activities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and legislative changes to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely administration of benefits programs
- Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on benefits programs and policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in benefits consulting or management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements in the UAE
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in benefits management (e.g. CEBS, CBP) is a plus
