We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Benefits Consultant to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of employee benefits programs and a proven track record of successfully managing and implementing comprehensive benefits strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement benefits programs that align with the company's overall business objectives
- Conduct regular reviews of existing benefits packages to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations
- Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver employee communications and training on benefits programs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration
- Manage relationships with external benefits providers and vendors
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in benefits consulting, with a focus on the Energy sector
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Professional certification in benefits administration (e.g. CEBS) is a plus
