We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Benefits Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the healthcare industry and a strong background in benefits consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of employee benefits programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance employee benefits offerings
- Manage relationships with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure the best possible benefits for employees
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure cost-effective benefits solutions
- Provide guidance and support to junior benefits consultants as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits consulting, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits programs and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of successfully managing benefits programs for large organizations
